These terms apply to all pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and remodeling services offered by The Pool Guardian.
2. Services & Quotes
All quotes provided by The Pool Guardian are free and no-obligation. By requesting a quote, you authorize us to assess your pool's condition and provide a written estimate for the requested services. No contract is formed until a formal service agreement is signed by both parties.
3. Contact Information & Data Usage
When you contact us via form, phone, or SMS, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and service needs solely for the purpose of coordinating pool services and providing quotes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Contact information is retained temporarily — typically for 90 days after the last correspondence — solely to follow up on pending requests and maintain service history.
By providing your phone number via SMS or form, you consent to receiving text messages from The Pool Guardian regarding your quote or service request. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message.
4. No Warranties
Pool maintenance, repair, and remodeling services involve inherent variables (equipment condition, water chemistry, environmental factors). The Pool Guardian provides honest, transparent assessments and pricing, but does not guarantee specific water chemistry results, equipment lifespan, or cosmetic outcomes beyond our direct control. All work is performed to industry standards.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Pool Guardian shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of business opportunities or revenue, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or these Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By using this website or contacting The Pool Guardian, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not contact us for services.
